I'm a man; I know many men who believe they need to wait on the get (false) because they are at a disadvantage (true) in the civil process. Educating men that they should get representation and immediately issue a letter to the other side saying that moving out, issuing a get, etc are all gestures of goodwill and they are in no way waiving any rights to children, etc. while demanding an equal share from the start.
Get was done in a quieter part of a shul but others did pass through
