The woman secretary was honest and sympathetic.
The head rabbi dealing with me, despite pretending to be available and sympathetic didn't actually do anything to resolve or move my ex forward in giving the gett. This fake nicety came with zero action. Just empty worthless words. I didn't need sympathy, i needed the gett. Solutions were never offered. I had to find them myself, externally to the bet din.
